Our giveaways are open to residents of the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Please note that residents of Rhode Island are not eligible due to state-specific regulations.

Due to legal restrictions, including laws on giveaway monetary limits, we cannot offer our giveaways to residents outside the United States, including the United Kingdom, the European Union, Oceania, Asia, the Middle East, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and other countries.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your country!

Promotional Period:

The “Viseart Privèe” Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins on March 4, 2025, at 12:01 AM PST and ends on March 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST. Entries received prior to or after the Promotional Period are not eligible.

Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by Viseart Paris, located at 1001 Bridgeway, Suite 908, Sausalito, California 94965. This Promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or Snapchat (“Media Websites”). Information provided is not shared with Media Websites but is only shared with Viseart Paris.

Agreement to Official Rules: By entering, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to Enter: 

  1. You must sign up for the giveaway on Viseart's official web form on the website with your email address.
  2. Follow @viseart on Instagram.
  3.  "Like" the official giveaway post on Instagram. 

Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries using multiple email addresses or any automated system will be disqualified. All entries must include a valid email address and be completed within the “Giveaway Period.”

Limitations on Entry: Limit one entry per person, regardless of method.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Viseart Paris and their immediate families are not eligible. The giveaway is void outside of the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received but are estimated to be approximately 1 in 10,000.

Prizes: The prize includes Viseart products, a small variety of Hakuhodo brushes, and a YSL makeup bag. There is a limit of one prize per person.

Winner Selection & Notification: The potential winner will be selected at random and notified via email by March 20, 2025. The winner will be required to provide identification and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize Substitution: The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.

Release & Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Media Websites, and their affiliates, officers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or the use of the prize.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any cause beyond its control affects the Promotion. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification.

Privacy & Publicity: By entering, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and information for promotional purposes without compensation (except where prohibited by law). Your information will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Viseart Paris.

Taxes: The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, including income and sales taxes.

Disputes & Governing Law: Any disputes related to this Promotion will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The laws of the State of California govern this giveaway.

Winner’s List: In compliance with promotion guidelines and to ensure transparency, we maintain a publicly accessible winners list for all of our contests and sweepstakes. This list serves as proof of fair and honest selection, providing participants with confidence in the integrity of our giveaway. By making the winners’ names available, we not only fulfill legal requirements but also celebrate their victories, creating a trustworthy and engaging experience for our entire community.
