Why is the cost so high?

We understand your concern about the cost of high-quality makeup, and we appreciate your question! Our products are meticulously handcrafted using EU triple-milled pigments, ensuring exceptional performance and longevity. Viseart formulations are free from fillers like petroleum and silicone, which can compromise wear time—so every application delivers pure, vibrant color that lasts.

Do you have a store near me?

If you'd like to try our products please look at our list of stockists here to find the closest retailer near you.  We are growing our business and look forward to being able to offer our makeup at more retailers across the globe. 

Do you have a shop in France?

At this time we do not have a shop open to the public. However, we do have a small professional store in our lab that was previously open by appointment only, but it is now closed. If you are a Pro artist, please send your portfolio to shop@viseartparis.com and you will receive updates about when the lab will be open and schedule an appointment. Please join our ProShop program for 25% at pro@viseartparis.com.

I bought a Viseart palette online (not on this website) or at my local retailer and I need to return it. What can I do?

Unfortunately we are not allowed to get involved with our retailers’ return policies. Please contact the retailer where you purchased the product to inquire about their return policy.

I'd like to try Viseart? Does Viseart send samples to test on my skin?

Viseart is a small and upcoming brand, we currently do not have the capacity to support gifting and samples. How often do you run sales on your website?

Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?

If you need additional assistance with your order, please email shop@viseartparis.com .  We are open M-F from 10 am-5 pm PST and answer questions within 48 hours.

How can I see the status of my order?

To see the status of your order, sign into your account and access your Order History. Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, click on the tracking link for updates on the location of your package. Please note it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Please email us at shop@viseartparis.com for additional help!

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All order inquiries must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. 

What's your return policy?

At Viseart Paris, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, at this time we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

PAYMENTS

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, DISCOVER, Visa, MasterCard) as well as ShopPay and Affirm. We do not accept international credit cards.

I placed a singular order but was charged multiple times, what do I do?

When a credit card gets declined, a “pending charge” will show up on your bank account. Not to worry, Viseart does not accept funds from declined transactions, nor are we able to. The pending charges in your account will automatically drop off after a few business days. If you're worried your order went through more than once, we’re happy to check for you! Email us at shop@viseartparis.com and/or contact your bank for direct verification.

WHY DOES MY CREDIT CARD KEEP DECLINING?

There are several reasons your credit card may be declining:

Make sure the billing address you're entering is the same address associated with the credit card. Make sure your credit card is not expired. Make sure you have sufficient funds available. Make sure you don't have a "hold" currently on your credit card. We accept credit cards issued by a US provider, associated with a US billing address.

MY PROMO CODE ISN'T WORKING, IS THIS A CREDIT CARD ISSUE?

Our promo codes have expiration dates, check to make sure it's still active. Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offer (no double discounting). For instance, promo codes do not work with our ProShop Discount Program, bundle deals, clearance prices, or items on sale.

Can my audience use my affiliate code during sale periods?

Yes, since the inception of the Viseart Affiliate program in Summer 2024, affiliate codes have remained active for all Collabs members.  This and the Makeup Maven Loyalty Point Redemption Discount Codes are the only promos that will remain active during sale periods, without exception.

I’m an artist and I want to credit Viseart Paris for gratis product!

Thank you for your love and creative interest in Viseart. We are a privately owned company with a very small team and we fund our own lab, factory packaging and marketing ourselves. We do not have the margin to assist in external projects such as this at this time. We do assist artists who work closely with our internal artistry team, but we have an allotment that we reach quarterly and we cannot go over that amount. With help from lovely supporters like yourself, we will expand our company and be more capable to participate in assisting in the future! We are unable to fund for fashion shows, we are a privately owned company with a very small team, with our own lab and factory that that is our primary focus to fund. What tradeshows do you attend?

QUALITY, FORMULATION & PACKAGING

Quality of our pigments:

Our formula is always consistent, but pigments from mines can vary depending on what is being supplied in the market by European Union mines and labs with high quality companies. We are unique because we hand-make and adjust our hues with every batch of product we create. You may notice a slight change in texture or pigment when we create new products with amazing new specialty pigments that arrive on the market! Our pressed powder products each have their own specific formula and are pressed to match the softness or hardness of the pigment.

Do you test on animals?

No.  We. Don't. We love animals.  We test our makeup on ourselves.  In fact, every product we make is tested on the entire team and is only released when it has been used by and approved by Anastasia herself!  This process takes months but we want to make sure that our makeup is perfect for us before we sell it to you.  Additionally, as a French and USA company we are required byEU Regulation 1223/2009 to not test on animals so we don't need to affiliate with any certificate group.

Do you have any vegan products?

We use carmine in some of our palettes therefore we are not classified as a full vegan brand! 

Do all Viseart palettes use the same formula?

Viseart’s formula is used in all of our products. 90% of the ingredients in our palettes are the same across the entire product range to create a range of color true shades for our global audience to choose from. The only difference in formula is the pigment mix required to make the various shades and textural dimensions. We source new pigments for texture and tone yearly in the EU.

Why do you use cardboard packaging?

We privately designed and created our packaging to pack the most Viseart into the smallest, lightest, and most protective packaging possible. They are stylish, durable and slim, easy to travel with and our own design. The special film on the exterior of the palette makes them easy to wipe!

Do you build and manufacture makeup in Paris and California?

Yes, we are committed to building and making our product in France and California.

SHIPPING

Which shipping couriers do you use?

We offer both USPS and UPS shipping options for worldwide delivery.

When do you ship?

Our team is busy crafting your orders Monday through Friday. We work to get your products to you as swiftly as possible, so you can enjoy our artisanal creations!

How long will it take for my order to process?

We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days with our small team. Please note, during busy sale times or new product launches, processing may take up to 14 days during sales, product launches, and holiday periods. Rest assured, we are doing our best to serve you with care!

What is the Free Shipping threshold?

We offer Free Shipping within the Continental US on orders "subtotaling" $75+ (USD). Some restrictions may apply

How can I track my order?

All shipments' tracking numbers will be sent to your email as soon as your order's been processed and shipped. If you don't think you received an email with your tracking number, you can always check your SPAM folder, log into your account to retrieve it, or email us at shop@viseartparis.com and we'll gladly resend it to you. 

Why can’t I see movement on my tracking number?

This is primarily a concern with the USPS specifically, but not often enough to be overly concerned with it. Occasionally the USPS tracking service can be unreliable. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to show some activity (activity means "not only has your label been generated, but it shows to have been scanned by the courier as well"). Sometimes, the USPS team forgets to scan a package, which limits the activity and tracking info for those particular shipments.  USPS also "estimates" their delivery times and does not guarantee any of their shipping services, nor these shipping service delivery dates. Meaning, your package could take anywhere from 1 business day and up to 21 business days to get to you once it's been shipped (regardless the service you choose). This is also very, very rare, but does happen from time to time. If you do not receive your package, or if you are beginning to get concerned with its lengthy delay, please email us at shop@viseartparis.com.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times depend on the courier and your location. Please note that shipping time does not include order processing time, which may take up to 14 days during sale or new product launch periods.  For precise tracking and delivery updates, we recommend signing up for delivery notifications with your courier. We appreciate your patience and support as we work to get your Viseart products to you.

In order for you to receive your items as quickly as possible, please take note of the following:

  • Make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state, and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. 
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

Where do you ship?

We’re proud to ship to many locations, including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the UK, Puerto Rico, New Zealand, and more. Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping to select locations across the globe. The customer must pay duty and taxes for their country. Viseart Paris not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse, please contact the shipper directly if you need assistance with your package. Refer to our shipping section at the bottom of our website for more detailed information.

Why do you not ship to my territory?

We're actively working on expanding our global distribution. In the meantime, we encourage you to please email pro@viseartparis.com or to join our ProShop or MakeupMaven for updates on territories, exclusive product offerings, and special pricing!

How long does international shipping take and what are the shipping rates?

International packages are estimated to take 5-30 business days; however, faster options are available. See checkout for a full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance in rerouting your package or determining its exact location or estimate for delivery. Viseart Paris is not responsible for delays caused by the post office, customs delays/fees, or lost packages.

My order has left your facility but my tracking number has not been updated. What can I do?

Once your package leaves our facility, it’s under the care of the shipping company. To track it, please sign up for notifications via your courier’s website. If there are delays, please contact the courier directly for more details. We cannot control shipping speeds or reroute packages once they’ve left our hands. For more information, please visit the UPS Service Alerts and USPS Delays pages.

It’s been over two weeks and I have not yet received my parcel, where is it and what can I do?

Both UPS and USPS recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. If your parcel hasn’t arrived yet, please contact your courier directly. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have the same information as you do from the shipper and it is beyond our control. For more assistance, email shop@viseartparis.com.

I forgot to log in to my ProShop account before making my purchase and paid full price. What can I do?

Please email us at pro@viseartparis.com, depending on the situation we can assist with this process. Please note that ProShop discounts cannot be combined with sale prices.

United Kingdom Customers

We do not work with Royal Mail, nor do we have any affiliation with their processes.  Please visit their site and sign up for shipping notifications to track your package.  We do not receive tracking information from Royal Mail.

Canadian Customers

If you are shipping to Canada, please be aware of the following: your shipping rate paid to Viseart at the time of purchase allows the package to enter into Canada, however, it does not cover UPS brokerage fees. USPS does not offer any tracking to Canada presently, however, this can change at any time.

If you refuse your package from Viseart in order to avoid the brokerage fees and have not alerted UPS that you are self-clearing, we WILL NOT REPLACE YOUR PACKAGE.  We keep track of our customer records regarding this issue.

Viseart cannot offer brokerage or duty service, nor do we offer clearing services, it is up to the resident of the country to complete self-clearing at their closest CBSA in order to avoid having to pay brokerage fees by UPS. Viseart is a makeup brand and not a shipping company. Canada is notorious for having exorbitant brokerage fees and our company does not have any jurisdiction over Canadian laws.  We do not have the ability to track your packages once they leave the USA, and oftentimes we cannot track a package within our territories due to postal system restrictions and failures that are outside of our control.

Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has overall authority over the importation of goods into Canada, in addition to any OGD requirements, every shipment must pay necessary taxes and comply with a broad range of mandates. Duties and fees are critically important to doing business in Canada as it has a unique sales tax code that most Canadians who pay taxes are aware of. In Canada, sales taxes are collected at the federal and provincial levels of government, and a business must be careful to comply with all applicable levies. Please note that sales taxes are different from import duties. Import duties on goods between the U.S. and Canada and mailing services such as UPS will charge for service delivery and clearance of your package at the airport. A federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) of five percent of value is assessed on just about all goods entering the country. Provincial sales taxes are levied at the province level and are collected locally. The provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Ontario have opted to “harmonize” their provincial sales tax with the general sales tax. This combined rate is called the “harmonized tax,” and represents the sum of the 5 percent federal GST plus the appropriate provincial tax. 

And, regulations are subject to change at a moment’s notice by Canada’s eManifest system. Viseart has no control over the governmental requirements.

Self Clearing Guide

If your goods have arrived at a FedEx, UPS or DHL facility in Canada, you can self-clear the items by collecting some documents and making a trip to your local Customs office. You must wait for the goods to arrive at the warehouse before you can self-clear. The procedures vary slightly in different Customs offices, but in each case a BSO (Border Services Officer) will be there to assist you.

The manifest or waybill: the courier company will need to provide this to you. It contains the shipping details of your package. Without this, Customs will not know what to release. You can request the courier company provide your documents by e-mail, although you may have to pick up a hard copy at their facility.The invoice: In order to collect the correct amount of tax on your purchase, Customs will need to see your invoice. They may also potentially ask for proof of payment (i.e. your receipt) to make sure you are declaring the right value.Take these documents to the Customs office closest to the warehouse where your goods are being held. List here. Some Customs offices have computer programs which allow you to rate your own entry. Others will require you to complete Form B15 with an agent’s assistance. You will also be asked for proof of identification. Pay the duties and taxes owing and an agent will stamp your manifest as proof of release from their control.With the stamped copy of your manifest (aka the Customs Delivery Authority), you can triumphantly return to the courier’s facility. Show them the stamped copy of the manifest and they will hand you your parcel. Some offices will submit an electronic entry for you, which will allow the goods to be released without the need to show

What credentials do you require to become a ProShop member?

How long does it take to be approved for a ProShop membership?

You will be notified via email about the status of your application within 14 days of your submission. If you do not hear from us within this time frame, please contact pro@viseartparis.com for further assistance.

What are the terms and conditions for my ProShop account?

Viseart Paris sells and ships products to Viseart customers only.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing a product for resale purposes. We prefer not to have to report customers due to fraudulent activity.  Please contact pro@viseartparis.com if you need further assistance.

How do I update my Pro account information?

Please contact pro@viseartparis.com for assistance with changing the information on file.

How long will my ProShop membership last?

You will be a member indefinitely barring you remain in good standing with our company.

I was approved as a ProShop member yet my discount is not showing up on my order at checkout. How can I fix this?

Please make sure you are LOGGED into your ProShop account using the same email address you used when you applied for your membership. To log in to your ProShop account,, click on ‘Programmes’, then ‘ProShop’, and then ‘ProShop Login’.  If you do not automatically see the pro discount at checkout, try refreshing or changing your browser. The discounted ProShop prices will be displayed in the exact same way the normal full priced text looks (i.e: the prices will not be slashed through, in red, etc.)

I’ve tried everything on my own and still can’t log in to my ProShop account, what can I do?

Please email our team at pro@viseartparis.com and we will assist.  We will either send over a new password activation email or reset your account.  We are open M-F from 9am-5 pm PST and answer questions within 48 hours.

Do you ever run ProShop member sales?

Yes, we periodically offer additional discounts and industry-specific sales throughout the year for pro members!  Exclusions do apply on a case-by-case basis during sale periods. Please email pro@viseartparis.com to receive our noteworthy price reduction inside our ProShop!

Can the Pro savings be combined with coupons or other discounts?

No, our Pro pricing cannot be stacked with other discounts.  Once you have logged into your ProShop account, the 25% discount will automatically be visible (i.e: an $80.00 12 Pan Palette will be shown as $60.00).  If you do not automatically see these prices, please try refreshing or changing your browser.  You will not be able to apply any additional coupons or codes to your order during the checkout process. 

Is the ProShop pricing automatically applied?  Do I need to use a coupon to get the ProShop savings?

Do ProShop members receive additional savings during sale periods?

ProShop members only receive additional savings if the active sale is less than 25% off.  Sale savings fluctuate throughout the year based upon seasonal availability. The designated seasonal sale percentage off will automatically be visible upon logging into your Pro account and cannot be stacked with the normal 25% off savings (i.e: if the promotional Pro discount is 30% off during a sale period, this amount cannot be combined with the normal 25% Pro savings).

Are there any product exclusions during sale periods?

Yes, product exclusions vary on a case-by-case basis depending upon seasonal availability. 

Do you offer any promo codes?

Yes, promo codes are available to use and change periodically throughout the year.  Promo codes cannot be stacked and used in conjunction with the ProShop discount.  The only exceptions to this rule are the Makeup Maven Loyalty Redemption and 10% off Affiliate promo codes.

My promo code isn’t working, what can I do?

Some of our promo codes have expiration dates, if a code is not working there is a possibility that it was deactivated.  Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with the ProShop discount, with the exception of the Makeup Maven Loyalty Redemption and 10% off Affiliate promo codes.
