Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

We ship worldwide and offer USPS and UPS shipping options! All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipment. Government holidays, adverse weather, and billing/fraud/address verifications may affect fulfillment time.

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder.

Packages that have not received shipping updates after 10 business days can be assumed they are lost in transit. At this time we are able to resolve the issue with a replacement.

For U.S. orders that total $75 or more you will have the option to select a free Standard Shipping at checkout. This is a limited time offer and subject to change at any time.

Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, United Kingdom (UK),  Puerto Rico, New Zealand and many more. To view the full list of international countries we ship to please click hereWe can’t ship certain products into some locations because of local regulatory restrictions. Some of the countries that prohibit or restrict the import of cosmetics include but are not limited to Gabon, India, Kosovo, Kuwait, Macedonia, Madagascar, Mauritania, Peru, Serbia, and Spain. Unfortunately our shipping carriers have suspended all operations in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. 

International packages are estimated to take 5-30 business days; however, faster options are available. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance in rerouting your package, or determining its exact location or estimate for delivery. Viseart Paris is not responsible for delays caused by the post office, customs delays/fees, or lost packages. 

At the time of delivery customers may be subject to Duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Viseart Paris and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.
